Advanced module with Ana & Alan
PRE-REQUISITES: You must have completed our Fundamental and Technical Modules, or equivalent. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable class for everyone, you should feel comfortable:
- Social dancing a variety of 8-count and 6-count Lindy Hop and Charleston moves to a medium-high tempo.
- Dancing swing outs comfortably to a medium-high tempo (+180 BPM).

This course focuses on exploring ways of moving with clarity and intention, while introducing new patterns you can easily bring into your social dancing.
Working from short sequences, we’ll break movements down into their essential components and explore how to vary, adapt, and personalise them. You’ll play with changes in energy, different connection points, and the contrast between solo and partnered movement.
