Refund Policy

Cancellations are accepted with a full refund subject to a notice period of at least 72 hours (three days) prior to the first class of a course. If a cancellation is made after the notice period but before the first class, we reserve the right to only refund if we find a replacement for that registration. Cancellations of a course after the first class has happened are not refundable. In exceptional circumstances which prevent the individual from attending the rest of the course (i.e. health issues, family emergencies), a partial refund may be offered by Full Swing. Course tickets may not be transferred to another dance, fully or partially, after the first class has happened.
